More Transit-Oriented-Development will add to Denver Office Space

More Denver Office Space is getting built by light rail stops.

RTD is building new light rail lines to Golden, and -- eventually -- DIA, but there's still a lot of new development going on by the existing light rail stops.

A new project announced recently will see homes, office space and more built at 10th and Santa Fe, between the Santa Fe arts district and the 10th and Osage light rail stop.

The project includes 16 units of affordable apartments and four commercial office spaces.

Much of the money for the project will come from the government. According to a press release, $1.35 million will come from Denver's Transit-Oriented Development Fund, a "unique fund specifically set up with Urban Land Conservancy, Enterprise Community Partners, City and County of Denver and other investors."

We imagine the leases for that commercial office space will be a beit extra complicated because of the complicated nature of the investors.

But the reality is that all commercial leases are complicated these days. If you'd like to have someone help you in negotiating a commercial lease, please check out our ProTenant site and contact us.
