Denver Office Space Rates Lowest Since 2008

As we talked about here, owners are optimistic about Denver Office Space. This means prices may continue to rise in the short term, bringing rental rates with them.

In short, renew your lease now and lock in at rates lower than they have been since early 2008.

One of the reasons so many commercial properties are on the market is that office prices have actually increased 4.4%, to levels above most of 08 and part of 09.

Meanwhile, over the same time period, rent for office space in Denver has decreased 3.2%.  If the selling spree is any indication for the market, this is the time to contact us about locking in your lease.
